  17. That's Probably your Problem using BitCom.
  18. I understand what you are going through, I messed with
  19. BitCom for about 6 Months and hated to dump it because 
  20. I was used to using its commands and did not want to change 
  21. com-programs.

  23. When I finely gave up and changed over to Qmodem and worked 
  24. with the strings for a short while every thing started working OK
  25.  
  26. By the way It seams that most modems  work just fine with the 
  27. default settings of ATZ or AT&F and there are a lot of com-programs
  28. out there that are Public domain that work just fine
  29.  
  30. or work with bitcom for another 6 months and then change
  31.
